The space

Our apartment is the perfect place to discover the Havraise lifestyle and its UNESCO-listed architectural heritage!

You’ll stay in the heart of the Saint-François Island, less than 5 minutes' walk from Le Havre’s main attractions. This superb apartment is ideal for a family stay, 💻 business trips, or 👫 holidays with friends.

Located on the 1st floor, it can accommodate up to 6 people and includes:

A living room with a high-quality convertible sofa and a Smart TV for your relaxing evenings.
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area: oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook (even on rainy days!).
Two bedrooms with premium bedding: a Queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a double bed. Beds will be prepared with extra blankets and pillows available. A travel cot (linen not included) and high chair can be provided upon request, €10 per night.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, towels, and bath linens provided.
📚 Bonus for book lovers: Enjoy a selection of books available in the apartment.

🐕 Pet-friendly: Your furry friends are welcome! (Conditions: 10kg maximum, €10/pet/night, veterinary documents required, and prior approval mandatory). Any damages or additional cleaning will incur fees.

⚠️ La copropriété a voté la réfection de la toiture de l'immeuble. Les travaux vont débuter début mars 2026 et devraient durer jusqu'à la mi-avril 2026. Durant cette période, il est possible qu'il y ait quelques nuisances sonores en journée et une visibilité réduite sur l'extérieur dû à l'échafaudage.

🚘 Parking:

Paid parking is available around the property from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking for electric vehicles is available throughout the city.
Free parking is available at the beach.
🚌 Tip: Trams and buses are excellent ways to explore the city.
📍 Nearby underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15min extra. Weekly pass: €23.

- Late check-out upon request (subject to availability / €20 supplement).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrivals after 10:00 PM are not possible unless a solution has been arranged in advance with your host prior to check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are allowed under certain conditions (under 10 kg, €10 per night supplement).
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

👮 Practical information :
- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
