The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Duplex".

Freshly renovated, our superb apartment is a large duplex, located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence (no elevator), fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 travelers.

Organized as a duplex, it is composed as follows:

• Ground floor: a beautiful living room equipped with a UHD Smart TV and a library
• Ground floor: a closed kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Tassimo coffee machine, and all necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals
• Ground floor: 1 beautiful bedroom equipped with high-end bedding in 140x200cm
• Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub)

The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy Trouville while being quiet and less than a 2-minute walk from the beach and the casino.

Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea, and coffee. A baby cot can be provided (upon request only).

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our beautiful apartment. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located 1 minute from the beach, facing the casino, in a well-maintained residence, typical of the architecture of the famous Trouville fishermen's houses.

Other things to note

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the booking platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unexpected events.

A valid ID may be requested upon your entry into the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
