The space

Our apartment is the perfect place to enjoy life in Le Havre and its architectural history classified as a UNESCO World Heritage!

🌞 A charming little retreat, freshly renovated with a blend of modern and vintage furniture – perfect for family getaways, trips with friends, or even business stays (yes, working from a cozy sofa is a thing!).

Located on the 4th floor (no elevator, cardio included 🏋️), this apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes:

🍳 A fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine.
🛍 A cozy living room: HD TV, a comfortable convertible sofa, and a collection of books for literature lovers.
🚽 A modern bathroom: walk-in shower, hairdryer, and towels provided.
🛏 Two elegant bedrooms: high-quality bedding (160x200 cm), with beds prepared before your arrival and extra blankets and pillows available.
✅ Included in your stay: bed and bath linens, WiFi, complimentary tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. A travel cot (mattress and fitted sheet not included) and a high chair are available upon request, €10 per night.

🐕 Pet-friendly:

Maximum 10 kg.
Veterinary documents required.
€10/pet/night supplement.
Prior approval is mandatory. Fees may apply for damages or extra cleaning.

⚠️ La copropriété a voté la réfection de la toiture de l'immeuble. Les travaux vont débuter début mars 2026 et devraient durer jusqu'à la mi-avril 2026. Durant cette période, il est possible qu'il y ait quelques nuisances sonores en journée et une visibilité réduite sur l'extérieur dû à l'échafaudage.

Paid parking is available nearby (9 AM-12 PM, 2 PM-5:30 PM, free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking for electric vehicles (go green!).
Free parking at the beach – enjoy!
🚌 Tip: Trams and buses are great options to explore the city.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90/12h or €23/week.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

- Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility ?
- Late check-in upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 supplement).
- Late check-out upon request (subject to availability / €20 supplement).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrivals after 10:00 PM are not possible unless a solution has been arranged in advance with your host prior to check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are allowed under certain conditions (under 10 kg, €10 per night supplement).
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

👮 Practical information :
- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
