The space

Gorgeous apartment ideally located in the heart of Le Havre on Saint-François Island, less than 50m from the Commerce Basin!

🌞 The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy Le Havre while staying in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Freshly renovated, the apartment combines modern furniture with vintage touches.

Located on the 3rd floor, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes:
- In the kitchen: an oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, iron with ironing board, and washing machine.
- In the living room: an HD TV and a convertible sofa (book lovers will enjoy the collection of books available in the apartment).
- In the bathroom: a walk-in shower, hairdryer, towels, and bath linens provided.
- For your nights: two bedrooms with premium bedding (a Queen-size bed 160x200 cm and a double bed). Beds will be prepared before your arrival, with additional blankets and pillows available. Travel cot (mattress and fitted sheet not included)

✅ Included in your stay: bed and bath linens, WiFi, complimentary tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine. A travel cot (linen not included) and high chair can be provided upon request, €10 per night.

⚠️ La copropriété a voté la réfection de la toiture de l'immeuble. Les travaux vont débuter début mars 2026 et devraient durer jusqu'à la mi-avril 2026. Durant cette période, il est possible qu'il y ait quelques nuisances sonores en journée et une visibilité réduite sur l'extérieur dû à l'échafaudage.

You will have access to all parts of the apartment. 🏠

🚘 Parking:
Paid parking is available around the apartment from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking for electric vehicles in the city.
Free parking at the beach.

🚌 Tip: Trams and buses are great options to explore the city.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15min extra. Weekly pass: €23.

- Late check-in upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 supplement).
- Late check-out upon request (subject to availability / €20 supplement).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrivals after 10:00 PM are not possible unless a solution has been arranged in advance with your host prior to check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are allowed under certain conditions (under 10 kg, €10 per night supplement).
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.

- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
