The space

Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover the magic of the city of Le Havre on foot (architecture listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site). You will be staying 300 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the town hall, and close to shops.

This superb apartment will charm you with its authentic period decoration and its view of Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet, secure residence without an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows:

An open fully equipped kitchen with a central island (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
A living area with a lounge and dining area. Slightly set back from the living room, you will have access to a relaxation/reading space. It features a "trundle" sofa that can be converted into additional sleeping (two single beds 80x200 cm that can be combined into a Queen Size bed).
A bedroom with a glass roof and dressing area, equipped with a high-quality Queen Size bed (160x200 cm).
A bathroom with an "Italian-style" shower, WC, and hairdryer.
The accommodation is very bright and has no overlooking neighbors. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.

Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages.

Guest access

By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. Parking is paid around the accommodation from 9 AM to 12 PM, and then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. Want to take a little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to get around and discover the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcano) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10 euros/15 minutes additional. 7-day package for 23 euros.

We will be happy to welcome you personally in our accommodation. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to better organize your key handover. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, food lovers will be satisfied with Les Halles, located less than 100 meters from the apartment, and the shops located on Rue de Paris, at the foot of the accommodation. Additionally, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7 AM to 9 PM is nearby.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Arrival: Check-in will be physically between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize your key handover.

Departure: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.

We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We appreciate your precision regarding your arrival times and ask you to inform your host in case of delays. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will incur a fee of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon your entry to the premises. An inventory and photo check of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.

If there are additional travelers beyond those indicated in your reservation staying in the accommodation, a surcharge of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
