The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Black Pearl".

Located in the heart of the famous marinas of Deauville and completely renovated, this superb apartment will charm you with its terrace overlooking the Deauville marina and its contemporary decoration. The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful environment (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).

Arranged on three levels (triplex) and with a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

On the lower level:
- A beautiful living room equipped with a Smart TV, opening onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the marina and the casino;
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) open onto a dining area for 6 guests.

On the first level:

• A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the inner courtyard of the Marina;
• An open bedroom area with a quality Murphy bed (real mattress in 160x200cm);
• A shower room with a spacious walk-in shower.

On the second level:

A attic bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200cm), as well as a water area. Please note that access is via a slightly steep staircase.
Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our apartment. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover more efficiently. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Deauville marinas. It is located 5 minutes from the beach, shops, Place Morny, and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station and the casino.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
