The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Enchanted Port".

Located in a high-end residence, its proximity to the city center makes it an ideal place to enjoy Caen, its shops, and its marina while being in a quiet environment. This superb apartment is perfect for a business trip, a romantic getaway, or a stay with friends.

The accommodation is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator). Fully furnished and very bright, it includes:

• An open space living room / kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room features a Smart UHD TV.
• A bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) and a dressing room.
• A second bedroom that can also serve as an office for travelers who wish to work remotely. The room is equipped with a high-quality convertible sofa bed measuring 140 x 200cm.
• A bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit, toilet, and storage.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the rental. The accommodation also has a private and secure parking space. Free high-speed WIFI internet connection (fiber optic) is available to our guests.

You will find everything you need to feel at home.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The keys to the accommodation will be handed over to you upon arrival. Secure access via intercom.

Feel free to contact our host before your arrival to inform them of your arrival time and to organize key handover. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!

The neighborhood

The marina of Caen is a welcoming and relaxing area. Well served by the train station, tram, and city buses, it is an ideal base to enjoy the region and the city. You will find many quality restaurants and local shops there.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.

Check-out: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

If you arrive after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€ per person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
