The space

Unique! Situated right on the waterfront, our apartment will offer you breathtaking views of the sea and Trouville sur Mer, often referred to as "the Queen of the Beaches".
No road in front of you, no opposite neighbors, the beach is immediately accessible via the private staircase from your terrace or the small garden leading from the master bedroom.

Recently renovated and fully equipped, we offer you a stay in a bright apartment that offers panoramic views of the sea and Trouville beach. It is located in the famous Bonsecours district, equidistant from Roches Noires and the Casino. You will immediately be charmed by its seaside terrace offering magnificent sunsets and its exceptional panoramic view of the beach.

We have tried our best to make our family apartment a true place of relaxation and sharing, allowing you to recharge, enjoy Trouville life, and discover our beautiful region.

Arranged on two levels, our apartment is laid out as follows:

• Main level:

A beautiful fully equipped kitchen + a utility room (stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment for cooking good meals with family or friends) opening onto a living/dining area with direct access to the terrace offering breathtaking views.

• Lower level:

• 1 beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) offering direct access to a small garden with direct access to the beach.

• 1 second bedroom indoors equipped with 2 single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200cm).

• 1 small bedroom organized as a children's dormitory with 2 single beds (90x200cm).

• 1 bathroom: 1 spacious walk-in shower.

The residence is secure and quiet. The place is filled with history; from the terrace, you will not fail to see the view of the historic villas of Trouville.

Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, dishwasher, etc... As well as garden furniture with table, chairs, and 1 deckchair. Please note that the accommodation does not have a TV; it is the ideal place to disconnect during your stay.

Note that breakfast is not included in the rental, and the accommodation does not have private parking spaces.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Bon Secours district, on the boards of Trouville-sur-Mer and a few minutes' walk from the Casino, Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the resort.

Your welcome is 100% personalized, and we remain available for any specific requests.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
