The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Blue Diamond".

Located 50 meters from the famous casino and thalassotherapy center of Trouville, this superb cozy apartment boasts an exceptional location allowing you to enjoy the city's attractions while being in a quiet environment. The accommodation is situated in a small condominium, typical of Trouville, on the 3rd floor (no elevator).

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment (arranged in duplex) is composed as follows:

• A living area with a fully equipped open kitchen integrated into a small lounge area for 4 people (refrigerator , oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
• On the sleeping side, you will find a cozy master suite with quality bedding (140x200cm) and an adjoining shower room. Separate toilet;
• Upstairs, under the roofs, 2 small single beds and a desk allowing those who wish to enjoy the Normandy air to telecommute.

Completely optimized and tastefully renovated, this charming little pied-à-terre will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful Normandy stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Please note, the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (typical of Trouville's fisherman's houses).

Please note that the accommodation does not have shutters or any darkening system.

Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi (4G key), iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

NB: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, private parking lots (for a fee) are located at the end of the street.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to claim damages from the security deposit for any excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in a small street parallel to the beach and the boardwalk of Trouville, less than 50m from the casino, the sea, shops, and less than a 15-minute walk from the SNCF train station.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please feel free to inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover smoothly.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We appreciate your precision regarding your arrival times and ask you to notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will not be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
