The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Artist's Loft".

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent duplex loft will surprise you with its comfort and unique decoration. It will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay in Normandy. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home!

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the accommodation is composed as follows:

• On the ground floor, a fully equipped "American" kitchen open to a dining area (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
• A beautiful living room with a lounge/dining area equipped with a Smart TV (with your credentials, you can connect to Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Canal+, etc.);
• A small fully renovated shower room with toilet.
• Sleeping area: upstairs, a beautiful bedroom with a quality Queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a small lounge;
• Adjacent to the first bedroom, you will find a second bedroom equipped with two double beds in 90x200cm.

The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being in a quiet area.

The following are provided: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

NB: The apartment has a private parking space in the courtyard. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like us to provide it.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of overflow or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

When you come to stay in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

We will be happy to accompany our guests throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the heart of Rouen, in the immediate vicinity of the town hall and less than 10 minutes' walk from all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge, Place du Vieux Marché, etc.). You will be close to shops and cultural centers.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Reception will be physically between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible so that we can organize the key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid identity document may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
