The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Saint Amand".

You will stay in the heart of Rouen, on the charming Place Saint-Amand, amidst the pedestrian streets of Rouen, just a 200m walk from the Vieux Marché square, the Gros Horloge, and the Cathedral.

Our apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated. Bright and fully equipped, it is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a quiet and secure condominium.

You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the best restaurants, grocery stores, and gourmet shops in Rouen.

The apartment is a spacious T2 that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Please note, the accommodation is arranged on two levels, with a spiral staircase that may pose access difficulties for tall individuals or young children.

It is composed as follows:

• A beautiful living room with an open kitchen, a bar/dining area, a lounge area with Smart TV, and a quality sofa bed;
• Upstairs, a bedroom equipped with a 140x200cm bed that opens onto a bathroom with an "Italian-style" shower.

The following amenities are provided: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, and hairdryer.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. The accommodation does not have a private parking space. However, paid parking spaces are available at the Hôtel de Ville parking lot (located 100m from the accommodation) for a cost of €15/24h.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damage.

The neighborhood

Our accommodation is ideally located for visiting the most beautiful sights of Rouen, just 1h30 from Paris. A paid underground parking lot is located 100m from the apartment. The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being less than a 2-minute drive from the main roads.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4pm and 8pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover.

Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.

We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30pm will be charged €20, to be paid via the booking platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
