The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Majestic".

Situated within the famous marinas of Deauville and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment features a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

• On the first level: A spacious living area with fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge/dining area with Smart TV, and a 10m² balcony/terrace offering views of the marina, Deauville beach, the casino, and a beautiful sea glimpse.
• For the sleeping quarters, on the first level, you'll find: 1 lovely master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite shower room. A second, smaller bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200cm).
• On the second level: Another master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) offering an opening to the first level and a shower room.

The location is idyllic for those looking to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful setting (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).

Amenities provided include: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be made available for the duration of your stay.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

By staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover more efficiently. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Deauville marinas. It is situated 10-15 minutes' walk from Deauville-Trouville train station.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will be done between 4pm and 8pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.

Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.

We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible with your arrival times and notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30pm will incur a charge of 20 euros, to be paid through the booking platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your security deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night's stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon entry. A check-in and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
