The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Charm".

It is located in the hyper center of Rouen, specifically on Boulevard de la Marne, just a few minutes' walk from the SNCF train station and the famous Place du Vieux Marché.

Completely renovated by a renowned interior designer, this superb bright and traversing contemporary apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! In addition to optimal comfort, you can enjoy breathtaking interior decoration. Many shops and restaurants are located near the apartment.

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

• A semi-open American-style fitted kitchen on the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
• A large living room with a lounge/dining area;
• A master suite equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), a large dressing room, and an "Italian" type shower;
• A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a large double bed, and a dressing room;

The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while being close by car to the main roads.

The following are at your disposal: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but many parking spaces are available nearby.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.

We will be pleased to accompany our guests throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the hyper-center of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than a 5-minute walk away).

Your journeys will be facilitated due to its proximity to railway and road axes. You will be only 2 minutes from the train station; this accommodation is ideally placed for all your travels in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, etc.). You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the booking platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
