The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Black Swan".

Completely renovated, this beautiful apartment is ideal for a family stay, with friends, or even for a business trip.

Accommodating up to 4 guests, it is composed as follows:

• a beautiful living/dining room with a Smart TV and a high-quality 2-seater convertible sofa;
• a fully equipped separate kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and all necessary equipment to cook delicious meals);
• 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm);
• 1 "Italian-style" shower room equipped with a washing machine.

Linen and bedding are provided in the rental, as well as complimentary WiFi.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our beautiful apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Caen at the foot of Place de la République and the Paul Doumer center. Just a few steps away, you will find numerous gourmet restaurants, various shops, the castle, as well as quick access to public transportation (tramway and buses).

Other things to note

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover efficiently.

Check-out: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.

We do our best to provide you with quality service. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night's stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
