The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Castel d'Orne".

Refurbished and carefully decorated, it is the ideal place to relax with family or friends while discovering the city of Caen and its surroundings.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people.

It is composed as follows:

• a beautiful living/dining room equipped with a sofa bed (140x200cm) opening onto a first terrace overlooking the communal pool.
• a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals with family or friends.
• a bedroom with quality bedding (140x200cm) opening onto a magnificent terrace of 35m² equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers
• 1 shower room with washing machine.

Available for you: Bath linen, pool access (please note that the pool is open from late spring to late summer), tea & coffee... And naturally, the bedding will be prepared with love before your arrival :)

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10pm and 7am. No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage.

Guest access

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.
From the train station, take bus line number 3.
To reach the city center from the accommodation, take tram lines T1, T2, or T3.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you personally to our apartment. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as best as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

You will stay in a quiet and typical residence of Caen (a few meters from the Stade Malherbe) and 5 minutes by car from the city center.

Other things to note

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4pm and 8pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize your key handover.

Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.

We do our best to provide you with quality service. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen events.

A valid ID may be required upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
