The space

My Concierge in Normandy presents "Mon Petit Paradis".

Our apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a quiet and easily accessible residence. Recently renovated, everything has been designed so that you feel at home!

Fully furnished, the accommodation includes:

A kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, ...
A living room with a Smart TV UHD, a Poltron & Sofa convertible sofa, and an office space
A beautiful bedroom
A bathroom with a washer dryer
Provided for you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc. ... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighbors, noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No festive events will be tolerated on the property. In case of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

The neighborhood

Our accommodation is located near the train station, the university, and shops. The center of Le Havre is just a 10-minute walk away (3 minutes by tram).

Only 2 hours from Paris, it is ideally located to visit our most beautiful Norman sites:
Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the magnificent abbeys hidden along the Seine, the moving and fascinating sites that mark the D-Day beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of Pays d'Auge and finally the beach pleasures, shopping, horse racing or even the casino in Deauville.

Other things to note

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please do not hesitate to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover as best as possible.

Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

We do our utmost to reserve a quality welcome for you. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and in case of cancellation, the night will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid identity document may be requested upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo of the equipment will be taken before your arrival.

If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100 € per person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
