The space
Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "Between Heaven and Earth".
Completely tastefully renovated, this superb 40m² loft-style studio is ideal for a romantic getaway, with friends, or even for a business trip.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 people and is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living space equipped with a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite series (access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube if you have an account).
- a bedroom with workspace (ideal for remote work), featuring a quality Queen size bed in 160x200cm, and a breathtaking 180° view of the rooftops of Caen.
- a dining area equipped with a high table that can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
- a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals.
- 1 fully renovated bathroom with a "walk-in" shower. Separate toilet.
The accommodation is located in the heart of Caen, at the foot of the famous Rue St Pierre, close to shops and just minutes away from all the most popular spots in the city.
It does not have a private parking space, however, paid parking spaces outdoors and private car parks (Parking Place de la Mare, Parking du Château) are available just a few steps from the apartment.
Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.

We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our beautiful apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!
The neighborhood
The apartment is ideally located in the historic center of Caen. You will find numerous gourmet restaurants, various shops, as well as quick access to public transportation (tramway and buses).
Other things to note
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover efficiently.
Check-out: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.
We do our best to provide you with quality service. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night's stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
