The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you 'The Terrace Cocoon.'

The accommodation is fully furnished, bright, and private, comprising:

• A fully equipped kitchen with countertop, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, ample storage, dishes, utensils, etc.
• A living room with a flat-screen TV and a 2-seater sofa.
• A beautiful bedroom with comfortable bedding (140x200), a desk, and a wardrobe.
• A nicely decorated shower room with storage and a toilet.

The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy Le Havre while being in a quiet environment.

The following amenities are provided: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding."

The neighborhood

Very convenient whether you come by train or car, the apartment is located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the town hall and the market halls, 7 minutes from the Coty Shopping Center (with all kinds of shops, boutiques, supermarkets, bakeries, and tobacco shops nearby), 7 minutes' walk from the Docks (shopping center and school campus), 10 minutes from the university, and a 10-minute tram ride to the beach. In the summer, you'll find a wide selection of bars and restaurants nearby! Honfleur and Etretat are a 30-minute drive away. Buses are available from the Le Havre train station.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible so we can arrange for your key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. We appreciate your punctuality regarding your arrival time and ask that you inform your host in case of any delays. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will incur a fee of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will not be possible to welcome you, and your night's stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unexpected delays.

A valid ID may be requested upon check-in. A check-in and photo inventory of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€ per person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
